Before you write
- Custom AI builds — the first 30 minutes are free, and you get a written quote before any paid work starts. What we charge and how it works is set out in our terms — nothing is charged until you agree the quote.
- Refunds — we bill for work done, not for access. If what we built doesn’t do what we agreed and we can’t put it right in a reasonable time, you get a full refund for that work. Stop at any time and you pay only for work you’ve already approved. Full conditions are in our refund policy — or send this form with topic “Refund request”.
- A draft that flagged or refused — Marlaio’s compliance reviewer blocks scarcity / urgency claims that aren’t backed by inventory facts you provided.
