Questions
Does it need my phone nearby?
No. It carries its own SIM and reports over the mobile network, so it works when there is coverage — not only when a phone happens to pass by.
Can it go in checked luggage?
It has a lithium-ion battery. Check your airline’s rules for battery-powered devices before you fly.
Only track things you own or have permission to track. If something is stolen, don’t try to get it back yourself — share its location with the police.
