Marlaio is an NZ-registered business built on an AI-first operating model. Anthropic Claude does the marketing work; the founder builds and tunes the system; ISO/IEC 27001 certified infrastructure (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) handles your data. Every customer reply is reviewed and signed off by a real person. The promise: serve AU and NZ small businesses at scale with AI speed and human accountability.

Why I built this
Most small businesses I know hate marketing — not because they don’t care, but because every tool was clearly built somewhere else, for someone else. Generic AI copy that uses “color” instead of “colour”. American compliance assumptions. Pricing in US dollars. Templates designed for a Brooklyn coffee shop, not a cafe in Petone.
I wanted to build the opposite. An AI marketing partner that understands AU and NZ — local spelling, local tone, local rules (Fair Trading Act, ACL, AANA Code), local channels. Something that sounds like it grew up here.
And one that you can email — and get a response signed off by a real human owner, not a faceless ticket queue.

The price you sign up at is the price you pay. Refunds within 14 days follow the conditions in our refund policy. Cancellations take effect at the end of the period — no clawbacks, no last-month chargebacks.

Marlaio's compliance layer refuses to invent scarcity, urgency, or facts you didn't give it. If a draft would cross a line, it's blocked before you see it. If the AI can't safely help with something, it says so. If something goes wrong with the AI, you talk to me — not a tier-1 support layer.
✓ Your data sits on enterprise-grade infrastructure
Marlaio runs on Supabase (Sydney, AU), whose infrastructure is ISO/IEC 27001 certified — the international standard for information security. Stripe handles billing; no card data ever touches our servers. We follow NZ Privacy Act 2020 (IPP 5) and AU Privacy Act 1988 (APP 11) for breach notification within 72 hours.

Marlaio isn’t racing to a billion-dollar exit. It’s being built as a sustainable, profitable AU/NZ-focused business — the kind of company you’d be comfortable trusting with your marketing for the next decade.
When you sign up, you’re paying for a service backed by a real NZ-registered business, real infrastructure (ISO/IEC 27001 certified), and a founder who personally signs off on the work and replies to your email.
